1. Not an Insurance Policy
Remote CCTV surveillance does not constitute or replace an insurance policy covering burglary, fire, vandalism, electrical breakdown, or inventory shrinkage. Clients are advised to maintain adequate commercial and property insurance coverage with licensed insurance underwriters.
2. Network & Third-Party Dependencies
Remote monitoring functionality depends upon third-party services beyond the direct operational control of We Secure Live, including:
- Local internet service provider (ISP) broadband upload speed and uptime.
- On-site continuous electrical grid power and backup inverter continuity.
- Cellular network carrier voice and SMS/WhatsApp gateway availability.
- Emergency dispatch response times of local police, fire departments, or emergency keyholders.
3. Hardware & Environmental Blind Spots
We Secure Live conducts surveillance strictly within the visual field-of-view (FOV) captured by installed on-site cameras. We cannot monitor uninstrumented blind spots, areas obscured by dense fog, extreme dust, foliage growth, or equipment tampered with or unplugged by unauthorized persons on-site.
